This policy covers Vistaline Ads Tools, a private Google Ads reporting and campaign-management tool, and this public informational website. The operator is Vistaline Digital, operated by Daschel Gorgenyi. Contact daschelgorgenyi@vistalinedigital.com for privacy questions or requests.
Data accessed and its purpose
The private tool retrieves authorized Google Ads account, campaign, ad, keyword, search-term and performance data, including cost and conversion metrics. It uses this information to analyze accounts, create reports and recommendations, and support approved campaign-management changes. Google authorization and the connected account’s permissions determine which accounts and actions are available.
OAuth credentials, including access and refresh tokens, maintain authorized access to Google Ads. The reporting workflow only reads data. The Google Ads permission also supports account changes, which separate authorized management workflows can make with approval and within the connected account’s permissions. This public website does not collect Ads credentials or account reports.
Local storage, access and retention
OAuth credentials are stored in private local configuration on the operator’s computer, separately from this website. The reporting dashboard retrieves Ads data through a local process and displays it in a local browser. The operator controls access to the computer and its local files; Google account permissions control access to Ads accounts.
The dashboard reuses cached results for up to five minutes before fetching fresh results. This is a freshness interval, not a deletion schedule. Cached entries may remain in process memory until replaced, cleared or the process ends.
Saved reports and audit exports are local files retained for ongoing account analysis until the operator deletes them or handles a deletion request. There is no automatic deletion schedule for these files. Credentials support continued access until access is revoked or the credentials are removed or become invalid.
Service providers and optional AI analysis
When the operator uses Codex to analyze account information, relevant Ads data and prompts are processed by OpenAI to assist with reports and recommendations. This is an operator-initiated workflow: the dashboard does not automatically send every report to an AI service. Its “Send to codex” feature copies a prompt for the operator to paste.
OpenAI’s processing is governed by the terms and data controls applicable to the operator’s service account. This policy makes no claim about a particular provider retention period or model-training setting.
Cloudflare hosts this public website and may process basic request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information, to deliver and protect it. Serving these pages does not give Cloudflare the private tool’s Ads credentials or account reports. Do not include credentials or account data in website URLs.
Website cookies and analytics
This website adds no advertising cookies, analytics, tracking scripts or browser storage. Cloudflare may process request logs for hosting and security. Website visits do not authorize Google Ads access.
Revoking access and requesting deletion
You can revoke the tool’s access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future retrieval using that authorization; it does not delete previously saved reports or exports.
To request deletion of locally saved account data, email daschelgorgenyi@vistalinedigital.com and identify the account and data concerned. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens. The operator may need to confirm your authority over the account before handling the request.
Deletion requests require operator handling. The response will explain the scope of deletion and any applicable limits, including any relevant backup copies or service-provider retention. This policy does not promise a fixed completion deadline or automatic deletion from backups or provider systems.
Google API data-use requirements
The Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements, governs the tool’s use of Google data. Those requirements restrict the purposes for which data can be used, when it can be transferred, and when people can access it. The tool’s disclosed purposes are authorized account reporting, analysis and approved campaign management.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and communicated directly to affected authorized users before a new data use begins. Where a change requires consent, the operator will obtain it before using data for that new purpose.
